Certified and trained for G8D Support, PFMEA, SPC and MSA, Root-cause analysis, detailed photo-video reports, ICA and PCA implementation, FCPA and NEB meeting attendence, manage sorting and rework activities, all necessary precautions and actions for Q1 Status.

Project Development and Deployment

With over 10 years of experience involved in over 12 succesfull Ford Projects we can support Tier-1 suppliers throughout this complicated process, from nomination to TCB - TT/PP/MP1/MP2 up to OKTB Phase. Rejections Management

MQCR/IMRR Support for serial-life production and AIM assistance for PPAP phases before OKTB Status. Ensure a quick emergency response by securing customer's line in case of non-conforming parts to prevent escalation.

Direct liaison with Quality and Incoming Quality Staff.

Ensure a close and direct comunication line with your customer's quality department and PVT in order to support their requirements.

MQCR/IMRR and PPM Demerits Protection.

Immediate management of non-conforming material by intercepting it before it affects your customer, solving a big problem before it happens, avoiding PPM demerits and keeping your spplier SIM Score unaffected

G8D Support

Compile G8D, ICA immediate implementation by customer-line firewall, Root-cause analysis and PCA support. Organize sorting and/or rework actions.

FCPA and NEB Representation

In Quality terms, measurements and tolerances can sometimes be debated. These debates are settled at the Ford Customer Product Audit and Nominal Engineering Buck where our residents can support your defense with hands-on experience by counter-measuring against potential claims, on-the-spot.

Manage Sorting/Reworking Actions

Organize, supervise and manage sorting or reworking actions at your customer's site to ensure only OK material reaches the line. Compile sorting/rework sheets, liaise with Ford Quality, PVT, STA on necesarry correction steps.

Project Development and Deployment

For Tier-1 Suppliers

Liaison with Ford Product Development Team (PD), Plant Vehicle Team (PVT), Craftsmanship and Design Quality to ease the production parts approval steps offering hands-on experience and physical presence at your customer's location.

PPAP Sample parts management - manage submission, customer approval, documentation and parts signing

Appearance Approval - AAR submissions at customer's site, liaison with Ford Design-Quality. Sample parts submission for approval.

AIM Support for pre-OKTB Period during TT/PP Phase. Liaison with STA for quick resolution.

FTN - Fit-To-Nominal support - representation, parts assembly on Nominal Engineering Buck, liaison with Ford's Craftsmanship Team during measurements, DRL Submissions.

Support transition from Development phase to serial-life Production by minimizing risks during this ramp-up problematic period.
